Gensolve allows for the creation of custom forms that you can send to patients to get whatever information you need, however customising their generic form can be a bit overwhelming!
That is where we come in.
Electronic Consent Entry on Gensolve
Approved by ACC, Gensolve have worked to create an electronic consent entry process for your clients. There is a generic template that can be found here.
Benefits over paper entry:
- Accurate entry of client details – because it came from the client themselves.
- Forcing of completion of certain fields to ensure complete data collection
- Time saving for administration team
- Instant data into Gensolve for clinicians to see
- Link can be emailed to client to save them time in the clinic and less interruption to admin team
- Appropriate for use in remote and telehealth situations
Setup Process involves:
- Custom Forms – create your consent form in Gensolve – setting mandatory fields and dual fields to allow for the clients’ variation on spelling of Doctors names, Occupation etc.
- Training of staff on the process and consent checking – requirement to site and record new clients photo id.
- Optional: Having a tablet/laptop or pc available for client use at reception – anything that can access the internet.
